Stretch and strengthen as you focus on pose alignment in this all levels yoga class. Friendly for beginners and those seeking to grow their yoga practice, this all levels class allows space for challenge or ease. Each instructor brings a unique sequence, message and music. Studio temperature 72-74.
Gentle Flow & Restore
Listen to your body while exploring various gentle mindful movements and breathing techniques. Increases strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion and peace of mind. This class ends in supported restorative poses releasing stress in your body and mind. All ages and ability levels welcome. Great for beginners.

A friendly introduction to basic yoga poses, body awareness, and breathing exercises. Learn the physical and mental benefits of a consistent yoga practice such as stress release, increased strength and greater mobility.

Yin (Deep Stretch)
A slow paced deep stretch class for all levels and all bodies. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes to stretch connective tissue and enhance joint mobility and flexibility. Yin complements vinyasa flow and other high intensity training.
Mindfulness & Meditation
A calm and peaceful group meditation practice guiding our minds and bodies toward relaxation using breath, guided meditation and mindful engagement of the senses. Use blankets or bolsters to find a comfortable seat. (Not a movement class.)
Connect with your body, breath, and baby throughout every stage of pregnancy as you practice with a community of other expecting mamas. Prenatal yoga strengthens the body, opens the hips, and stretches sore muscles. Learn breath work and poses to assist your body and mind through pregnancy and labor.
Postnatal Yoga (with babies)
Bring baby back to the mat in this casual baby friendly yoga class. Activate your postnatal body, rebuilding strength after childbirth. Bring a blanket, carseat or bouncer for baby. Feel free to stop and care for baby as needed. Expect yoga and community. Please have approval from your doctor at 6 weeks post delivery evaluation.
Family Yoga & Kids Yoga
A fun physical and focused yoga class for kids and caregiver. Learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games and music, breathing and relaxation.
Family Yoga takes place the last Sunday of each month at 2:30pm. Kids yoga is offered Wednesday afternoons for a 6 week enrollment.
Girl Tribe & Teen Tribe
A six week series that encourages girls or boys in grades 5-8 to pursue a healthy path of self-discovery by building self-esteem, positive body image and promoting self-confidence through a growing yoga practice. The students will build strength, flexibility and improve balance while while learning basic to intermediate yoga poses including balancing poses and inversions, while also discovering ways to reduce stress and anxiety thru breath control and self-reflection.
